How does telephone interpreting work?
Using our on-demand telephone interpreting service is as easy as one, two, three! In three steps you will be connected to an interpreter. Find out how with our simple step by step guide.
Step 1: Call our number
We issue all our clients with a number which will connect you to our automated telephone system. To get an interpreter on the line, dial this number.
Step 2: Enter your PIN
All clients have a unique PIN which gives them access to the system. Enter this.
Step 3: Tell us which language you need
Enter the 3 digit code for the language you require. You will receive all the language codes as part of your welcome pack.
That’s it! You will be automatically connected to an interpreter or someone in our office who will source an interpreter for you.
